A professional translator must be translating into their mother tongue. Our team are very carefully vetted before we consider using them and their details are reviewed specific to the project in hand. They have to hold an approved qualification in translation and they must hold at least two recent references from relevant bodies. After translation, the document is always proofed by a second translator. Once this is done and any changes to the text have been carried out, the job is checked again and finally sent to the client, usually by electronic transfer.

Translators usually work from home but can be brought in-house, should you require. We are ISO 9001:2000 certified for translation into over 400 language combinations. This certification will serve to reassure both new and existing clients that our quality control procedures are independently vetted and approved on a regular basis.
